Shipping Your Decor Treasures

We can’t wait to get your new décor finds on their way to you! Here’s how we handle your order:

  • Order Processing: Your order will be carefully hand-picked and packed with love within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping ($$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
    • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, but are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

Our Happiness Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer happiness team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your return. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address we provide.
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Items We Cannot Accept Returns On

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Faux Flowers, Faux Plants & Faux Trees: Once removed from their original packaging, these items are considered final sale.
  • Dinnerware, Tabletop & Bar: For health and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These items are marked as such at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your account. The final timing depends on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.
  • Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your new item once the original return has been received and approved. If the new item is of a different value, we will either charge or refund the difference.
