Hello, lovely decorator! We at Sunnydaze Decor Shop want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new décor finds. We believe that curating your dream space should be a joyful experience from start to finish. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. That’s why we’ve created a simple and stress-free returns process to ensure your happiness.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation email or receipt.
Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items to ensure the health and safety of all our customers:
- Faux Flowers & Plants: Once removed from their original packaging, these items are considered final sale.
- Dinnerware & Tabletop & Bar: For health and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These items are marked as such at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below to make it easy!
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer happiness team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your account. The timing depends on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the original return has been received and approved. If the new item is of a different value, we will either charge or refund the difference.
